The entry level features two bedrooms, including one with a queen-size bed and another with a single bed and a trundle underneath, perfect for kids with its selection of toys and books. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet, a separate laundry, and access to a fully fenced backyard. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, complemented by front and rear decks. The living area is furnished with new black leather couches, a large Smart TV with a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi, allowing you to log in to your own Netflix account. Meals can be enjoyed around the timber dining table or on the North-facing sun deck, which is equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The well-appointed kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso Coffee Machine with accessories. Relax on the front deck, which offers ocean views towards Apollo Bay Harbour. No big deal however just took away from the quality a little. The outside table and chairs were very old and tired and the screen doors not easy to open and close, like they were getting stuck.
