You can have comfort and affordability on 2 acres. The back of the property has a garage that is still currently used by a power wash company to park 2 vehicles, they leave in the morning and return in the evening, that is why such a great price. You can park an RV or trailer, plenty of space. Also we have a fenced in big backyard. 2 miles from Beaver Creek, 4 miles from downtown Apex. We had two pets, a cat and a dog. The house had a desk in each bedroom, which made working from home very convenient. The location was convenient to shopping and major roads. The house is located at the end of a road with only three houses, which made it very convenient and safe to walk the dog. Mark and Claudia were responsive to all of our requests. Property is at end of street with big front and fenced back yards with motion detected lighting, plus covered patio, gas grille and fire pit (a little firewood was also included) CONS: Lawns needed to be mowed. Patio covered with thick dirt (had to wash clean) Inside fireplace had burnt ashes and house was a little smelly. The rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds and adequately set up for guests. The kitchen is roomy though it lacks a dish washer. A laundry room adjoins the kitchen. It is pet friendly without an additional fee which is hard to find. Overall, it is a very good value compared to other offerings in the area. ##### Palmer T.
