Only issue is that we were in a family of 5 (1 teen 2 kids. 2 adults) and we asked for 2 flats. However the flats were in complete different buildings, very far apart each other. We booked a same day accommodation, and send E mail and the passports in advance, so the staff knew it was a family. Could have contacted us and told us the flats wouldn’t be closer / same building or replied our E mail. The online photos and description were accurate. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the city. The apartment is large in a secure building on 3rd floor with lift and 2 metal balconies. The facilities are functional but basic, beds are very firm, dining table, only 2 chairs, TV room with very low sofa that is not very comfortable. An extra pillow for the beds and cushions on the sofa would be welcome additions.
