FRESHLY RENOVATED 2 BR APARTMENT!

NEAR GRIFFIN HOSPITAL. Hard wood flooring throughout. New appliances, new bathroom, new kitchen. New furniture. Close to highways. Close to New Haven, Ct which has lots of things to do. Explore Yale University and museums. Downtown Ansonia has delicious restaurants not too far. ENJOY.

Close to downtown Ansonia where you can find lovely restaurants. New Haven, CT is about 10 miles away. Yale University is 11 miles away.

I am a phone call away. Please feel free to call at any time.

1 mile from Griffin Hospital! Walk to Nolan Field which has a nice playground and track if you enjoy a nice area to walk/run. Close to downtown where you will find restaurants.

Uber is available in the area if needed. 1 mile away from train station.

It had character

One of the rooms was a little spooky since the light kept on turning on by itself. We had to get up multiple times a night to turn it off and the floors had wholes through them, you could see the basement lights. You could see the basement stairs from the floor.

Horrible Staying Conditions and Management

Our stay was a nightmare. Property was unsafe, area sketchy. Lied about apartment apartment conditions, this was a shell of a house broken into four apartments that had some paint slapped on the inside. Outdated AC/heat hidden behind a door. Owner rude, unhelpful. Stove used briefly, now facing deposit issue. VRBO is currently trying do something! Owner has not cooperated with VRBO as well and issue has escalated!
