We (including our parents who are in the 70s and 80s) easily walked to Main Street shops and restaurants. The USNA Yard and museum are also walkable (but not easily for the older members of our party). The parking spot for this property was about a ten minute walk. We had a small family gathering to celebrate my son and his mates that stopped by all complimented on the ease due to the location of the house. We walked EVERYWHERE and it was perfect!
