« Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay. »

« Vbro - We love AMI and we really loved the location of 215 Fir ave. The house was just a few streets away from Pine Ave, the Ami community center and 3 houses from the beautiful gulf side beach up toward Bean Point. « This little gem was perfect for us this weekend. The location is excellent and the property is beautiful. There were a few things that we all complained about. The owner must have access to the air conditioner temperature. We could not lower the temp below 73 degrees so sleeping was very sweaty and uncomfortable. « This charming 2 bed, 1 bath cottage is in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to coffee shops, breakfast spots and dinner restaurants. Close to the beach one direction and city pier the other. It is well stocked with all you would need and exceptionally clean. « We enjoyed our stay at Bay - Canal Waterfront! We enjoyed the amenities - the pool is beautiful, large and in the sun all day but plenty of shady areas if you want that too.
