In addition to its spacious open-plan living area, it features a screened-in first-floor outdoor seating area—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The property also boasts a generously sized heated pool and plenty of privacy, making it an ideal getaway. Plus, it's within walking distance to Pine Avenue, where you’ll find a selection of charming shops, restaurants and the beach.The team at AMI was incredibly helpful, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. After having to leave a house because of numerous unaddressed issues, we were fortunate enough to find this beautiful place last minute. The house is noticeably well maintained, has top of the line furnishings and is incredibly clean, bright and airy. It is located on a canal in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful sunset views. They said it was heated but it hardly got warm at night, would've enjoyed a night swim. There's a smell when you walk in that is musty and mossy. Got a candle to help. Was met with ants in the kitchen all week even after getting ant bait traps and cockroaches in the bathrooms. The furniture definitely needs an upgrade and for a multi million dollar house they could at least give you a somewhat comfortable bed? Loved the canal view and privacy and being in the pool during the day but those rock hard beds with scratchy cheap sheets will not make us go back..you dreaded having to sleep in them every night.
