Welcome to Birubi Point House, a beautifully spacious retreat in Anna Bay — perfect for families and entertaining. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, the home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, unlimited Wi-Fi, and ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort.  
  
Designed across two levels, this inviting home features multiple living areas and is framed by stunning views of Anna Bay. Just a short stroll from the picturesque Birubi Beach, it effortlessly blends comfort and relaxation, embracing an indoor-outdoor lifestyle surrounded by beautiful gardens and breath-taking backdrop.  
  
From the gated entrance the floorplan opens into a large living area bathed in natural light, tiled flooring, large Smart TV, games, and books to keep all entertained. The lower level also houses two spacious bedrooms, each with ducted air conditioning and built in robes, these bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath, single vanity, and toilet. The internal laundry is also located downstairs and provides a top loader washing machine, dryer and second fridge.  
  
Upstairs will take you to the living area and 2 bedrooms, the huge master suite has been cleverly designed for relaxation and comfort, complete with a Queen bed, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe ad balcony access. The ensuite is stunning with a spa bath, shower, heated towel rails, single vanity, and toilet. The upper-level position of the master suit takes advantage of the exclusive views from the private balcony. Go through the seamless sliding doors out to the expansive balcony with partial water views that takes centre stage at this luxury residence.  
  
The dining area sits adjacent to a spacious, well-appointed kitchen featuring sleek stone benchtops and full cooking facilities — including a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a family-sized fridge/freezer — everything you need (and more) for a comfortable holiday stay. Step out onto the sunny back deck to unwind with a book and your morning coffee, all while overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens.  
  
Located just 60 metres from the water’s edge, this property places you moments from the stunning Birubi Beach — perfect for surfing, swimming, or exploring the pristine sand dunes by 4WD, camel rides, or sand safari adventures.
