I like the location of the Hotel. It was located in a safe area and very close to popular areas for shopping, dining, transport, etc. My room decorated very well and it was very clean. But there were some noise coming from water pipes in the bathroom in the nights, also some unpleasant smell after the shower. Hair dryer was not working properly. Staff was helpful but they seemed unhappy or unsatisfied, particularly the staff working in the breakfast/cafe area. No smiling at all. But they were still very helpful and kind when you ask something.

Oda kliması arızalıydı, biz odaya girene kadar hiç bakılmamış. Pencere yan binaya bakıyordu, çok gürültü geldi. Oda kliması fan ayarı ne olursa olsun gürültülüydü. Duşta su tepeden akıyor, duş başlığı yok. Banyo gideri düzgün çekmiyor. Duvarlar kirli. Su ücretli, restoran fiyatları yüksek. Taksiyle gelmek için dolanmak gerekiyor, konumu güzel ama otel önüne gelmek mesele, yokuşu dolanmanız gerekiyor. Asla tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim.

Rezervasyon içeriği ile uygulama farklı idi.

Rezervasyonumuzda belirtilen ve o bedelden ödeme yaptığımız en büyük oda hayal kırıklığı yarattı.Askılık yüzünden yatağa ve pencereye ulaşmak imkansızdı.İtirazımız üzerine daha ucuz olan 217 nolu odaya taşındık ve rahat ettik.Ayrıca minibar (dolu ,bazı ürünler ücretsiz) yazmasına ve resepsiyonu uyarmamıza rağmen hiçbir şey yapılmadı.Biz de sonunda pes ederek vazgeçtik. Resepsiyon bu konularda çok zayıf,çözüm bulamıyor.Rezervasyonumuzda fazla ödeme yaptığımızı düşünüyorum,konakladığımız standart oda fiyatı daha düşüktü. Bunların dışında kahvaltı dahil tüm şartlar çok güzeldi.

GİDER VE LAĞIM KOKUSU

Bize verilen odada aşırı şekilde lağım ve gider kokusu vardı. Biz böyle bir otel beklememiştik. Çok rahatsızlık vericiydi. Hiç memnun kalmadım. 2 günde bu soğukta cam açık yattık ve rahatsızlığımızı dile getirmemize rağmen kimse ilgilenmedi. Çok büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu.

yorumlarda okuduğumda odalar ses alıyor denilmesine pek aldırmadım ama odamız arka cephede olmasına rağmen sabah bayağı sokaktaki araba park ettiren amcanın gel gel gel sesini duymak kötüydü.. otelin içinde kötü bir koku mevcut o da girişin ordaki tuvaletten geldiğini tahmin ediyorum.. banyosu buz gibi odayla arasında ciddi bir ısı farkı var.. birde odamız için verdikleri kart kapıyı açmıyordu her gir çık işleminde resepsiyondan arkadaş yönlendirildi..

Kaldigimiz oda soguk idi , yatak basucundan butun gece soguk aldik, banyo da isitma tertibati olmadigi icin soguk idi. 1 katta kaldik. Alt katimizda otelin genel wc bulunuyordu., wc kokusu butun koridora sirayet etmisti. Ertesi gun cikarlen genel anlamda sıkintilarimizi iletik fakat çok dikkate alinmadi.

배수가 안되어서 샤워부스나 세면대에 물이 안빠져요. 프론트에 다른 문의해도 알겠다고하고 안 옵니다. 거친 벽때문에 옷이랑 손에 상처도 나요. 위치와 1층 레스토랑정도만 괜찮습니다. 샤워기가 없어요

Cinnahda aile deneyimi

Her ne kadar nezaket dışı bir tavır görmemiş de olsak, lokasyon ve görüşlerden daha samimi daha sıcak bir şehir oteli bekliyorduk. İlk odamız son derece kötü çamaşır suyu kokuyordu ve akşama kadar cam açık bırakmamıza rağmen koku çıkmadı. Üstüne para ekleyip başka bir odaya geçtiğimizdeyse odaya korkunç bir sigara kokusu Sindiğini fark ettik. Yardımcı tavırlarından ötürü konuyu problem haline getirmemiş de olsak, seyahat deneyimi olarak son derece vasat olduğunu belirtmek gerek.

Biraz uğraşılsa, özenilse her şey güzel olur

Banyo kapısı kırık, avluda kocaman kocaman yer yer lekeler (asarken görmediniz mi hiç anlam veremiyorum.), Otelle ilgili giriş için resepsiyona geldiğimde resepsiyonist karşımdayken telefon ile başka bir müşteriyi azarladı. Kafesi ortam olarak güzel fakat kahvesi, sandviçleri çok kötü. Çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık, bir daha tercih etmeyiz sanırım ama saydıklarıma çok çok daha dikkat edilirse güzel bir hotele dönüşebilir. Saygılarımla.
