Positioned in Point Roadknight precinct, this spacious tri level beach house has a lovely aspect to the ocean and walking distance to the best beaches on the Coast.
The Recently upgraded beach house has a stylish color scheme, fixtures, and fittings, creating a luxurious feel throughout. The interiors emulate coastal vibes with use of white and neutral tones, there are comfy soft furnishings including big couches, bedding and throws to enhance the peaceful and calming environment.
The generous windows showcase the trees and ocean views in the background and the highly sought after private position with elevated with ocean views of Point Roadknight around to Aireys Inlet Coastline. The Lovely open plan Kitchen, Dining & Main living space with glass doors has natural flow out onto the decking, with options of both front and back of the house. Great for capturing warmth and escaping windy & cold days also wonderful for outdoor entertaining / BBQ’s and relaxing.
There are 4 Bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms over 2 levels. With multiple living, there is enough space for everyone to relax and unwind, making this a great house for couples, families, and groups of friends. The second living room on the lower-level services 2 bedrooms. The middle level has the additional 2 bedrooms and second bathroom. Excellent expansive space for families, creating multiple relaxing zones. Conveniently positioned large laundry and study nook are added bonuses of the house, catering to all needs of a getaway.
There is an incredible north facing entertaining deck and backyard to embrace the sunshine and warmth. Available for Summer!
Pristine Surf Beaches close by, appealing proximity for holiday stays – walking distance to front and back Beaches and also and easy stroll to National Park & walking tracks, where you can enjoy an abundance of nature and wildlife
