It's a home to bring friends with ample living areas, smart TVs in living and bedrooms along with a great deck taking in the lovely private garden. Located within walking distance to the shops, cafes, outdoor bowls, tennis courts and skate park! We can't wait to host you. Split over two levels, our home is perfect for families or couples with 2x seperate living spaces and 3x bathrooms. Guests have 4 generous sized bedrooms with the following configuration: x1 king x1 king x1 queen x1 queen with single x1 sofa bed in the 2nd living - BYO LINEN FOR THE SOFA BED \*\*\*Please note that all linen and towels are included \*\*\*\* Walking tracks close by along Anglesea River leading to the Beach or across to Coogoorah Park, National Park. Guests have access to the entire home. \*No Garage access I will be available via the phone or Airbnb messenger Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out.
