Welcome to Landhaus Prinz—our cozy vacation apartments are located just 600 meters from the Wellness- und Landhotel Prinz and offer a relaxing oasis on the outskirts of the village of Aufham. Here, you’ll find a peaceful and idyllic setting with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Our country house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by a spacious meadow that’s perfect for playing. In the garden, you’ll also find a lovingly designed playground. In the basement, we provide books, children’s games, and board games so that young and old alike can have fun. For families with small children, we offer high chairs, cribs, and children’s beds free of charge. At the nearby Landhotel Prinz, you can enjoy a hearty, healthy breakfast buffet every morning and treat yourself to our daily-changing 4-course dinner menus in the evening. For a small additional fee, you can also use the wellness area and the new open-air indoor pool, or visit the massage, beauty, and Ayurveda oasis, “Wellness Sensitive,” on the first floor of the Landhotel. Our expert wellness therapists are happy to assist you with advice and answer any questions you may have about massages, beauty treatments, and Ayurveda. You’re also welcome to book a vacation apartment at Landhaus Prinz, which includes daily room cleaning, a breakfast buffet at the hotel, and free access to the hotel’s wellness area and the new convertible indoor pool. The small health resort of Aufham is situated at the foot of the imposing Hochstaufen mountain in the Berchtesgadener Land region. A very nice, completely renovated apartment with a balcony and terrace in a quiet location.
The apartment is lovingly decorated and features a separate living room and bedroom.
The bedroom has a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters). Bed linens are provided.

The apartment has two floors. A spiral staircase leads down to the kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and a microwave. A coffee maker and electric kettle are also available, as well as dishes, pots, and dish towels. There is also a cozy corner sofa set with a dining table. Directly from the first floor, you can step out onto the private terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains. The bathroom, bedroom, and living room are located on the first floor. The living room features a large-screen flat-panel TV and a spacious sofa set with a built-in pull-out couch. The spacious bathroom has a large, wheelchair-accessible shower, a toilet, and a double sink. Shower and bath towels are provided. The apartment has two entrances: one on the first floor and the other on the first floor, accessible via the terrace.
