- Newly renovated old house, located in a charming valley where no noise will ruin your stay. It is located just 600 meters from the sea, and a pleasant walk from the urban center of Puerto de Andratx, where you can have all the services you need, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, bars, shops ... in addition, 500 meters there is a Small market that can supply you without taking the car.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, dining room, lounge, terrace, barbecue, relaxation area with sun loungers, tranquility and privacy.
All rooms have AC with heat pump, cabinets, internet connection. TV in the lounge.
