Immersed in an exclusive 3000 m2 garden full of botanical excellence, with a panoramic patio equipped for eating and a children's play area, it is just a few minutes' drive from all the main places of interest in the area: from the wonderful beaches of the Conero Riviera, passing for Casa Leopardi in Recanati, up to the basilica of Loreto. An hour's drive away are the wonderful Frasassi Caves and the Sibillini Mountains. A large private forest surrounds the exclusive property. Description: Ground floor: large and bright living room equipped with sofas and fireplace, dining room, separate kitchen fully equipped and equipped with dishwasher, bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, double bedroom with private bathroom in the room complete with shower cubicle. First floor: living room with sofas and bookcase, master double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage tub, third double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with two single beds, complete bathroom with shower cubicle.
