Enjoy the nature views and privacy that 50 acres provides. The cabin is constructed with Canadian western red cedar logs. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and living area, a large deck, and a screened in back porch. There is a stone fireplace that contains stone from the original cabin that was constructed in the late 1700s. Enjoy local wineries, Skyline Drive (about 30 minutes away), venture out to DC for a day trip, or stay put and enjoy the house amenities. The sky has very low light pollution which provides a great backdrop for stargazing at night. The cabin is gorgeous, beautifully constructed, with a fully stocked kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace (which we used!), comfy furniture, and very comfortable beds. The cabin is sitting on a private lot surrounded by trees. It's perfectly located and within an easy driving distance of Sperryville, Flint Hill restaurants, wineries, shops, distilleries, hiking trails, and Skyline Drive! It’s a beautiful house and property. Everything you need is there and beds are comfortable. It’s a perfect place to spend the holiday. We didn’t get around too much to visit the wineries, but we made it to the Copper FOX Distillery, which was fun. Brian is a great host and great communication. There wasn’t a thing we needed.
