The 82m² semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the seaside resort Altefähr on the Baltic island Rügen. At just 350m you will find the beach and the harbor with its restaurants. The living room with terrace access is equipped with a couch, armchairs, TV and a dining area for 6 people. In the living area is also a fully equipped kitchen area with fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a dishwasher. In the semi-detached house there are three separate bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed (180x200, separate mattresses), a Sitzgelegeheit, TV, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a Herrendiener. The other two bedrooms have two single beds (100x200, 90x200), wardrobe, bedside tables and also gentlemen's servants. The ground floor bathroom has a 1.20m shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Upstairs is a second bathroom, which also has a shower. On the adjoining terrace with barbecue, the evening can end quietly and relaxed. Internet Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Blick und Nähe zu Stralsund sind sehr schön, Altefähr als Ort selbst bietet wenig.
Das Haus ist sehr schön, alles tip top. Sehr sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Garten mit Grill und Liegestühlen sehr schön. Was uns gestört hat waren die extra Kosten für Bettwäsche und Handtüche, was diesen positiven Eindruck etwas getrübt hat. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
