"We had a wonderful stay at Fabio's apartment. We were made to feel very welcome, the canopes on arrival where a lovely touch. The apartment was quiet and out of the main resort (perfect for us) but just a few minutes drive to the local ski lift (with free parking) and 20 mins from several other ski resorts, it is a great base to explore the surronding area. The apartment has a really well equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a good size dining table and a comfortable sofa....

"This apartment gives us multiply supprises in a good way. In life, it looks even better than its photos suggest. The furniture is not new, but high-quality woodworks everywhere. That well supports the archaic interior appearance with a warm atmosphere. The kitchen is enormous (among holiday apartments) and very well equipped with kitchen appliances, cutlery, a big fridge, etc. All new and functional, not the remained ancient stuff from grandma's household. "Wir haben einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub bei Johanna und Georg verlebt. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Vom Wohnbereich aus gelangt man auf die Terasse mit phänomenalen Blick auf das Tal. Schöner kann man es sich kaum vorstellen. Das Frühstück kann dazu gebucht werden, ist wirklich günstig und sehr lecker. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wird es von Johanna zubereitet und morgens vor die Türe gestellt. "Beautifully built and maintained modern home. Lots of windows and two balconies looking at alpine meadow. There are stairs between the 4 floors, so not a great place for toddlers! but good for sound isolation between bedrooms, living area, etc. Wonderfully fully appointed kitchen where we enjoyed cooking and eating together at the adjacent dining room table most nights. Location, about 10 min walk into town and trams is perfect."

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mit unseren beiden Teenagern und unserem Hund. Die Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Berge und das kleine Örtchen. Es gibt zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, unter anderem direkt vor der Haustür. Darüber hinaus sind Meran und Bozen mit dem Auto ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. "Very nice apartment, but would be difficult (tight) for 10 adults unless they all get along perfectly. Photos are accurate. Kitchen well equipped. Toilets flush well. Good water pressure. Beds are smallish, and the showers are very small by American standards (their floor space measures less than 3’ by 3’). Desirability of location dependent on your desire. For us, an off-season stay in October, it was remote; in ski season I would imagine it is hopping. Location is a great base for day drives...

Wohnzimmer mit einem klasse Kamin, hier leider nicht ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für eine Gruppe. Die Küche ist für eine Gruppe die selber kochen möchte auch eher klein und schlecht ausgestattet, hier ließe sich eine lange Liste zusammen stellen, was fehlt, wie zum Beispiel nur Mini Wassergläser, oder große Tassen, große Löffel , vernünftige Messer, Topflappen … zum Kochen für eine...
