The place is amazing and has a lot more space than expected. The area around the cabin is quiet and there's hardly any traffic. There's a meadow down below and we saw a huge herd of elk cows and calves in it one evening, with bulls bugling nearby. The property is dog friendly and our Rottie enjoyed playing in the backyard. Furniture uncomfortable. No hanging closets. Only 2 of 4 stove gas burners operational. The location was fantastic for nature watching, the elk came through morning and evening. We also enjoyed watching the birds and little critters from the front porch. Our favorite outing was Big Lake where we caught beautiful large rainbow trout we brought back to barbecue for dinner. We also enjoyed 2 meals out at the local restaurants, but very thankful for a well stocked kitchen so we could stay in and cook at the cabin. We will definitely be back! ##### Michelle T.
