From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at peace. Every single staff member was absolutely amazing! Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. What touched me most was how everyone remembered who you were, making the experience feel so personal and special. The food was delicious, the surroundings were beautiful, and the yoga and meditation teachers were truly exceptional. Their classes created such meaningful moments of peace, reflection, and connection with myself. "We have found our little piece of heaven. From the minute we arrived to a lovely welcome and tour of the beautiful hotel and facilities to the moment we left two weeks later it’s been outstanding in every way. Our Butler Valley Pool Villa was amazing with its own pool sitting amongst the jungle with the river running in the background was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team morning and night, they were all so friendly helpful and unobtrusive The whole hotel staff knew our names and made us feel part of a family nothing was ever too much trouble Vanara restaurant which we frequented for both breakfast and evening meals served delicious and authentic foods offering a variety of Indonesian asian and western foods, the service from the restaurant team was again second to none and attentive The spa set above the river is so serene and relaxing and provides amazing treatments to suit everyone The bars serve drinks using well known international brands and we have also discovered some lovely Bali made wines which we will be trying to source upon our return home then the UK The way the hotel has been designed and built within the natural habitat is very sympathetic and is simply beautiful despite the obvious challenge to maintain the site is kept spotlessly clean and presented immaculately We will definitely be returning to our little piece of heaven on earth"
