« We had an amazing holiday at Villa Tulum. The house is incredibly spacious, bright, and beautifully surrounded by nature, offering total peace and privacy. The layout is perfect for large families, as all four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, which was extremely convenient. The large living room opens right up to the terrace, making it easy to transition to the stunning outdoor area. We spent most of our days lounging by the large private pool and enjoying family BBQs in the garden....

« For a 2 bedroom villa, this was an excellent size. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, both bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of storage space.The location to the Praca is great and you couldn't ask for more.The only negative is that the pool is really small and though you can see this from the photo's it isn't much use other than a dip pool. Also, being a small outside space, the hedges around it which create a lovely secluded space, also acts as wind breaks. So the usual light...

« Pros: The Pool is great, location is great as well. Main bedroom is fine with a huge roof terrace. Overall, its a good option if you're looking for something that's good value compared to most of VDL & don't mind it not being to a very high standard. Cons: No aircon in 2 small bedrooms. Main bathroom will flood if you shower for more than a few mins. The water must be on a separate supply to the rest of VDL as it tasted of chlorine - we have never had a problem with drinking the water from...
