AREA  
Kawagama Lake is located on the northwest border of Haliburton and Muskoka counties, lying predominantly in the Algonquin Highlands Township. Only a short drive from Lake of Bays and Dorset, Lake Kawagama is often seen as one of the area's best kept secrets, and boasts the cleanest and clearest water in all of Ontario! 61% of the lake has been deemed Crown Land, allowing for vast stretches of undeveloped land along the water's edge. Only 25 minutes to Robinson's General Store in Dorset, 35 minutes to Dwight, 45 minutes to Huntsville and 1 hour to Bracebridge.  
  
PROPERTY  
PORTRAITS ON KAWAGAMA -This property has a large private driveway with enough parking for up to 8 cars. The driveway leads you up to a welcoming front porch. On the lakeside of the property is a very large, brand new deck with beautiful views of the lake. A nice outdoor sofa set at one end of the deck and teak dining set that seats 6 and a bbq for hosting outdoor meals. Steps down to a flat area where kids can set up a badminton net for an afternoon game or roast marshmallows in the nearby fire pit. There is a walkout basement with a brand new granite patio. A small trail to the right leads you to a brand new set of steps leading to the water's edge and brand new 2 level dock.

Open to the kitchen, this lakeside facing dining space boasts a table that comfortably seats 8 and walkout to deck.

Open to dining and kitchen with cathedral ceilings and a wall of lake facing windows is this cozy great room with large sectional, tub chair, reading sofa, air tight wood burning stone fireplace and large tv,.  
MUSKOKA ROOM  
This bright 4 season Muskoka Room hosts a large sectional and a walkout to deck.  
LOWER LEVEL  
REC ROOM  
Another great lounging space this Rec Room has a cozy seating area with sectional, chairs and a tv.
