Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Une expérience déplorable – à éviter Très mauvaise expérience à l’hôtel El Aurassi d’Alger. Le personnel s’est montré hautain, malpoli et particulièrement désagréable, ce qui est totalement indigne d’un établissement de cette catégorie. L’hôtel est vétuste et manque clairement d’entretien. La chambre était sale : moquette très sale, restes de nourriture retrouvés au sol, poils un peu partout… Les oreillers dégageaient également une forte odeur d’humidité, ce qui est particulièrement désagréable et peu hygiénique. Au vu du prix demandé, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement inacceptable. On est très loin du standing et du niveau de service que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel de cette réputation. Une très grosse déception. Pour ma part, l’un des pires hôtels que j’ai pu fréquenter à Alger. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
