Treat yourself to a refreshing break in this quiet corner. Valentina's Rent Apartment - Holiday Home, located in the Calik Residence in the quiet village of Fertilia, is just a few kilometres from Alghero and the beautiful beaches of the Riviera del Corallo. This apartment of about 50 square metres, surrounded by the greenery of the residence, offers an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. The unit is located in a condominium with an elevator and consists of a living room with dining area, equipped with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette complete with kitchen, oven and microwave. You will also find a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, as well as a small hallway. Guests can take advantage of the washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, and throughout their stay they will have exclusive access to the entire structure, guaranteeing total comfort and privacy.
