The beach close to the appartements is a very nice beach perfect for families. The reception was very reactif ans easy to join ! very welcoming and nice people ! you have the essential you need in the appartement to have a nice stay in Alcudia.

The BonaVida Palms was fantastic, working well for our family of four. The best part was that we were just steps to the gorgeous beach. We were very happy with the room itself: modern and clean, comfortable king bed in the room, pretty blue-tiled bathroom, and convenient kitchenette and balcony (where we were able to dry swimsuits and towels). We suggest replacing the sofa bed, which was a bit thin. We also were confused on two points: perhaps clarify that a laundry service is available for a fee--but in room and self-service laundry is not available on site--and that the swimming pool is not at the Palms but at the Pines property farther down the street. Overall, a beautiful apartment, where we'd be happy to visit again.

Beautiful grounds and view of the beach and right on the boardwalk. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and a very helpful check in experience. The onsite restaurant breakfast is very nice and cute. We had breakfast here both days of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The check in process was smooth and everyone was really friendly. Cannot fault the customer service or the location at all. However, once we saw the one bedroom apartment we realised it wasn't for us. The rooms are far too small for a family of 4. We found other accommodation, a 3 bedroom villa 1 mile away for the same price.

Fantastic stay and right on the beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and the service was excellent. We missed breakfast some mornings because the black out blinds worked to well and had a proper sleep in most mornings.

Very friendly staff, good location, even though i would prefer to stay in the other building which is beachfront. I didnt realize there were 2 different building. Good brrakfast too. One thing to remark was a bad smell in the toilets that i believe it was a punctual thing.

Our stay was beyond great. It all started with the great welcome and support of the smiling Adeline. The room is overlooking Alcudia’s great beach. You need literally 4 steps and you will be at the beach. Waking up to sound of the waves was magical and the place itself is clean and has a nice vibe and all the team was very friendly. Would definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing stay. Our group was 3 adults and one toddler. Our rooms were a reasonable size for our group, well stocked, clean and well cared for. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular for a beach side vacation. The back gates of the property leads right onto the beach, where the waters are crystal clear on sunny days and calm, which is perfect for kids to swim in. We were offered clean fresh towels every day for the beach. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a truly wonderful vacation in Mallorca, and are thankful for Bonavida being a perfect place to stay.

Great place for families and beach time

The location is fantastic, the staff friendly and accommodating, they arranged an airport transfer for our family that was great. Rooms are small but adequate, proximity to the beach can’t be beat, garden seating is lovely.
