Dispone de 3 habitaciones, 1 baño, cocina, comedor, garaje acondicionado y barbacoa con (kit completo de accesorios propios y necesarios para poder cocinar exquisitas paellas y arroces proporcionado por el propietario), aire climatizado de frio/calor, zona wifi limitada y con parcela de 450 metros, todo exterior, luminoso y ventilado. zona residencial muy tranquila junto a la población de Sant Carles de la Rapita, con una gran terraza acogedora para cenar y disfrutar de la fresca junto a las zonas ajardinadas. urbanización situada junto a una de las mejores playas de Sant Carles como es la playa de las delicias y el paseo marítimo de la localidad, teniendo en esa misma zona y a su alcance 1 gran Abanico y gran variedad de comercios necesarios como(lidl, caprabo y bon preu), farmacias, heladerías y centros de ocio.
