This exquisite villa offers spacious accommodation with full air-conditioning, WIFI Internet, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings and boasts all the modern conveniences that will make your holiday relaxing and hassle free.

Externally Casa do Moinho boasts extensive manicured lawns and lush gardens, which are delightfully secluded, the kidney shaped swimming pool (10mx5m) with Roman steps, can be heated (optional extra) and is surrounded by terraces with beds and seating . It has a brick built BBQ with lighting to facilitate cooking at night. The property is fenced off at the year for full privacy and has parking for 2 parks and also has a car port. So why not make every moment count in this villa where beauty, comfort and tranquility meet.

Well located just 10 minutes stroll from the charming village of Guia which has many restaurant's , banks , pharmacy, post office ,hairdressers & cafe's, Guia is a very relaxed village and we highly recommend just sitting in one of its cafes with a coffee and a pastry and watch the world go by.

Algarve Shopping the regions largest shopping complex, is a few minutes drive away. Which has Indoor mall with clothing & lifestyle stores, a large supermarket, a cinema, plus global eateries.

The magnificent beaches of Gale and Salgados are just a short drive away which all have beach bars/restaurants and full facilities.

5 Minutes drive is "Zoomarine" marine park with seal & dolphin shows, an aquarium & a sandy beach with slides & a wave pool. & 10 minutes drive is "Aqualand" a sprawling outdoor waterpark, with high slides, a river rapid run & surf beach area with wave pool.

1eres vacances familiales en Algarve

EXcellent séjour passé en famille dans cette magnifique propriété, tout confort et très calme. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Seul bémol, les lampes du jardin qui ne fonctionnent pas.... il doit y avoir un problème avec le minuteur. Signalé à la propriétaire et au jardinier donc le problème devrait être résolu pour les futurs occupants. Je recommande vivement cette location!!!!

Just got back from a lovely stay in this gorgeous villa. The open plan living area is a decent size and was lovely and clean when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses and mugs. There was also tea and sugar and some salt and pepper in the cupboard. There are plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The shower was a hot and powerful too. The master bedroom is huge!The outdoor area is very pretty with lots of seating options. We paid to have the pool heated which worked out well for us because the weather was a little cool during our stay. Any questions I asked the host were answered quickly so communication was great.Overall, I would recommend this villa to anyone travelling to the area and we would stay there again.

Lovely spacious villa in beautiful grounds. The villa was well equipped and spotless. Host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. We paid for heated pool given the time of year and it was well worth it the temperature was perfect. A lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

Another fantastic stay at this amazing villa - this was our second stay and it was even better than before - Brian and Ursula should be very proud of their property and the work they have put in. The changes they have done since last year really made a difference e.g. upgrading the AC in the room my daughter used, the addition of an outside sofa was a big hit with my mother, and the upgraded pool heating was a real benefit. We can’t recommend this property enough and we will be booking it again soon. We were informed of building work next door which was really upfront of Ursula and we were expecting quite a lot of noise and disruption, however this was not the case and we only heard the builders working 7 of the 14 days we were there and with our outside speaker playing music we heard very little noise from them. It’s a lovely property, with everything you could possible need in a fantastic area.

The best villa holiday we have had!

We have just come back from staying at this villa. The communication before we arrived was great, and even arranged for us to check in slightly earlier. The villa was spacious with good size rooms and pool. The garden was something else, lots of space and not overlooked. Lots of sun beds, a couple of umbrellas and ample seating. We had a couple of BBQ’s whilst we were there. The kitchen had every gadget and utensil you could ever need. We walked into Guia a couple of evenings for food to sample the famous chicken that everyone says is the best in Guia! We did hire a car, that we used during the day, but we used Ubers on an evening to get to Galé and Albufeira Old town, they cost around 7 one way. Overall, one of the best villas we have stayed in, in Portugal. We will be back soon!

Stunning villa

Not a bad word to say. The place is simply beautiful. One week here just wasn’t long enough. In a quiet little area with amenities within walking distance. The pool and large garden area was thoroughly enjoyed by all, especially our two young boys! The owners seem very friendly and helpful, sending recommendations for places to go that the kids would enjoy and responding to messages quickly. The villa itself is lovely and has everything you need. I can’t fault it, just perfect. Thank you and we can’t wait to book again.

Beautiful Villa

A perfect villa, the photos dont do it justice. Lots of little added touches which were very thoughtful. Gardens and pool were beautiful. Rooms exceptionally comfortable and air con worked a treat! We had a car and that definitely helped, though there were a few restaurants within walking distance. We also made use of the Ubers which were readily available and about 7 to take us into Albufeira Marina! Lovely break, looking forward to coming back in October.

A great villa

The villa was great with a nice outdoor space and pool. The villa was clean and tidy and check-in was straight forward. It was not the villa’s fault but there was construction going on most days the other side of the fence. Obviously this may be a temporary thing but if you wish for a peaceful time you may want to check. The kitchen was well equipped and the master bedroom with en-suite was very spacious.

Fabulous villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa. Its spacious and beautiful and has everything that you need for the stay. The local village is about 10 mins walk away that has shops and some restaurants. Albufeira itself is about 20 mins away in a taxi. The hosts were exceptional, responded to queries promptly and arranged for us to have an early check in. Cant fault this place ot the hosts

Excellent property!

Lovely house , in a quiet residential area, but within a mile of shops, cafes etc. Large very private garden , with beautiful plants. Lovely swimming pool. As we went in November for 3 weeks, we paid extra for heating it. The owners were easy to contact if advice etc needed. Cant think of anything the house lacked. There was an Airfryer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine , tumble dryer, 2 fridges etc etc. Would recommend this property.

Amazing Villa Holiday

Just back from a 2 week stay at this amazing villa. We have been travelling to the area for over 10 years now, and this has to be one of the best villa holiday’s we’ve had. Brian and Ursula are fantastic hosts and always reply to any messages really quickly. The villa is in a fantastic location 5 mins from supermarkets, the beach, Zoo Marine and Algarve shopping. The villa is equipped to a very high standard with a smart TV, large comfortable sofa, dining table and excellent fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is huge with a large memory foam bed and beautiful en-suite with an amazing walk in shower. The other bedrooms are equally well furnished and comfortable and share a large family bathroom with shower over bath. The exterior is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and a fabulous deep heated swimming pool (extra cost but well worth it). The pool was kept at a lovely temperature of 28 degrees which was perfect for my wife’s medical condition and warm enough for our 11 year old to stay in it all day! The pool guy is a lovely friendly chap, as is the maid - they always checked if it was ok for them to carry out their work. Like everything else, the BBQ is right next to the villa making it a short distance to the table. The layout of the villa makes it feel like everything is close by, but you still feel like you’re in a large villa. We would highly recommend this villa and the hosts, we are already looking to book it again for next year as it was amazing.

Wonderful villa

Located approx 15min drive from albufeira old town on a private estate sits this lovely villa with its own large pool. The villa is large and spacious, well equipped, with air conditioning in every room. The villa has a new sofa to that of the one in the photo and has been updated. The directions given were spot on, and found the property with ease. The owners were quick to respond to any questions i had. Mini market and local restaurants 5min drive away. I would suggest a car to get around. Zoomarine is 5mins away, where you can swim with dolphins. It has a wave pool and beach with lots of water rides. The location is peaceful, so nice to come back to after a days outing.

3 of us stayed here (all 50+ friends) - suited us perfectly. Excellent villa, very easy to get to, brilliant location, pool and garden really lovely, lots of lovely restaurants within 5-10 mins walk and mini mercado sold pretty much all you would want. Highly recommend will definitely be rebooking again next year.

Second visit, not dissapointed, will book again

This was our second stay at the villa. We love it because it ticks many boxes for us and our friends. . The garden is completely secure, with two young children to keep an eye on it gives us a great deal of peace of mind. The pool is lovely and worth the cost of paying for heating as we were in and out of it all day, and lovely for the children to keep warm. Large garden, great facilities, close to a fantastic supermarket and an easy drive to the coast. The owners are easily contactable and very obliging.
