### Villa Duma with private pool and jacuzzi which can be heated

Villa Duma is a modern 4 bedroom villa with private pool and jacuzzi. (Both of which can be heated for an additional charge - Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week. Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week).  
  
  
  
The villa has Internet access (Wi-fi) and air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.  
  
  
  
Accessed by steps, the villa comprises of fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and separate laundry room with the washing machine.  
  
The spacious living / dining area accesses the pool and terraces and has sofa, TV, dining table and chairs.  
  
  
  
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms.  
  
  
  
Stairs access the first floor where there are 2 further bedrooms, each with large double beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms (bath with shower over). These bedrooms share a large terrace which has stairs accessing the ground floor terrace/pool area.  
  
  
  
Externally there is off-street parking, private swimming pool, private jacuzzi and gardens.  
  
  
  
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.  
  
  
  
The beautiful Maria Luisa Beach is just 10 minutes walk and a golf course just 2 minutes walk.  
  
  
  
Ideally located around 15-20 minutes walk to the fishing village of Olhos de Agua with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.  
  
Olhos de Agua is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 15 mins by car and the latter just 7 to 8 mins away.  
  
  
  
The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, around 35-40 mins. Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses, and you have the 9 hole Balaia village golf course just 2 minutes walk from the house.  
  
  
  
There are several water parks close by as is the excellent Zoo Marine with famous Dolphin shows, all within a 25 min drive. The renowned Algarve Shopping complex in Guia is less than 15 mins by car.  
  
  
  
All facilities of Villa Duma, including the swimming pool, are for the exclusive use of renters only  
  
  
  
Airport transfers can be arranged (costs apply).  
  
Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week.  
  
Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week.  
  
Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.

Un séjour dans une villa agréable et de qualité. De belles chambres avec terrasse .On profite un maximum de la piscine et jacuzzi chauffés.A 10 mn à pieds des commerces et restaurants ,la villa reste dans un secteur calme .

La villa est incroyablement magnifique ! Encore plus incroyable que sur les photos ! Spacieuse et lumineuse ! Les chambres sont grandes, on ne compte plus les dressings ! Les lits sont grands et très confortables ! Aucun équipement ne manque dans cette villa ! Tout est parfait ! La piscine et le Jacuzzi top top top ! Les serviettes de toilettes et de bain sont fournies. Propriétaire très sympathique et accessible, nous avons eu accès à la maison avant l'heure prévue. Idéalement située près des plages d'albufeira, du centre et des PUB (7min en voiture). Personne autour pour nous déranger. Sympa pour un groupe de jeune comme nous ! Un grand Merci ! Je recommande cette location !

A group of 8 friends stayed at Villa Duma, and everyone really enjoyed the accommodation, which was just as described. We paid to heat the hot tub, which was beneficial, but didn't bother with the swimming pool, although a couple of our party did decide to take the plunge, which was brave of them given it was early March !All in all, a very happy stay, and we wouldn't hesitate in returning in the future.

The property was perfect for an off season winter stay with family. We heated the jacuzzi/small pool outside and it was used almost daily. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and gave the family a very relaxing stay. The kitchen and living room were easy to use and clean. Managers (Miguel and team) were kind, thorough, gracious and available. Fees were very clear - not hidden - something we appreciated. We would gladly return if the opportunity arises. #### Perfect Festive get-away villa

Immaculate spacious holiday home in a peaceful private location, 10 minute walk from beach, restaurants and shops. Perfect winter escape for a family group 18 adults. Heated pool and Jacuzzi got plenty of use. Check-in process with Miguel was seamless & informative and the presentation of the property was first-class. No issues during stay. #### Heerlijke week in Portugal

We hebben een week doorgebracht in Villa Duma; mijn vrouw, onze 3 volwassen kinderen en ik. Het huis is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt tamelijk rustig maar toch vind je op loopafstand enkele restaurants en winkels. Een supermarkt is ook niet ver weg. Het strand is een kwartier lopen. We kunnen Villa Duma iedereen aanraden!

We stayed at villa Duma for a week as a mixed family group . The villa is immaculate, and had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday . Swimming pool was lovely as was the hot tub. Villa Duma is well positioned for local supermarket, beaches, restaurants and bars which are easily walkable to . Commincation with the management company was excellent, Sara responded to any queries very promptly. We would recommend this property

#### Fabulous Villa

We spent a week in this fabulous villa with family and friends. Airport transfers were arranged through the villa management very easily. Miguel showed us around when we arrived and was contactable all week to arrange transport to Albufeira and for any queries we may have. The villa is perfectly situated in a quiet area but there are restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk and a supermarket about 10/15 mins walk. The walk to the beach was around 20 mins. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.the photos dont do it justice. Electric shutters on all windows guaranteed a good nights sleep. Lovely pool area with a jacuzzi big enough for everyone. We enjoyed every minute and if we travel together as a group again will definitely book again.Big thanks to Miguel for all his help during our stay.

#### Wonderful Villa

We had a great week here and the villa was perfect for our family from 2 to 64 years old. The pool and Jacuzzi were great, and the outlook from the comfortable sun loungers was excellent too and it was nice to not be overlokked.The location was favourable with a well stocked intermarch supermarket around 10 minutes walk away aswell as bars and restaurants.

#### Golden wedding

We had a lovely 2weeks in Villa Duma celebrating our 50th anniversary, we were there with our family from 7 to 70 the staff were lovely couldn’t be more helpful from booking to leaving . Such a beautiful Villa in a lovely resort have to mention Glorys restaurant and thai/Japanese our favourites. Hopefully be back someday .

#### Great week in Portugal

We had a great stay at Villa Duma. Property was so close to lots of bars and restaurants and I short taxi into the sense of out of Albufeira & Vilamoura. The staff were brilliant and always at hand if you needed something or had a question. Definitely will be returning in the future. Thank you for a great stay

We rented this house last minute as Portugal was temporarily on the green list and we’re glad we did. From the immaculate interior, great pool area, and excellent hosts, to a fabulous location with easy walking distance to shops bars and restaurants, Villa Duma has it all. Thank you, we will be back

the property was clean and close to the beach but given the price it was below average - from there being next to no soap / shampoo / towels on arrival to having to pay separately for jacuzzi and pool heating, to the rather unattractive metal fence surrounding the property - cost cutting seemed the order of the day. orlando who looked after the property was excellent , but otherwise it was disappointing given the cost

De villa is een paleis! Alles is in orde en compleet. De villa is bijzonder luxe en ruim en het verwarmde zwembad en jacuzzi waren heerlijk! De contacten met Helen en Nuno waren goed en zeer vriendelijk. Zonder voorbehoud aan te bevelen! Dit was niet onze laatste keer.
