It is located in a quiet place on a dead end road in the heart of the old town of Albufeira. Close by there are many stores, restaurants and bars and the beach is just a stone's throw away. \- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that together make a double bed \- 1 double sofa bed in the living room, perfect for 2 children or 1 adult \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Bathroom with bath/shower The house consists of 3 floors with the kitchen and living/dining area (with sofa) downstairs, bedroom and bathroom on the second floor and a small mobile kitchen on the second floor. On the second floor you will also find the first terrace overlooking the sea with barbecue and dining table and the stairs to the roof terrace with sun loungers and another wonderful beach/ocean view. The house is perfect for a small family or a couple and fits up to 4 people. As it is located on a residential street, parties or any kind of nuisance are not allowed and will not be tolerated. It is important that you know that the spiral staircase in the house is quite steep, making it unsuitable for very young children or people with mobility problems. \## Access ★ Private townhouse with 2 terraces overlooking the sea ★ Modern comfort and traditional charm ★ Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances ★ Wifi and TV ★ Sheets and towels are provided ➤ Please note that there is a steep and difficult stairs so not suitable for elderly people/people with mobility problems ➤ We usually welcome families with children or responsible adults because the property is in a quiet neighbourhood, and we have huge respect for our neighbours. ➤ Parties and other disturbances are not accepted. Please read it carefully before your arrival and let us know if you need anything or have any questions. \## Neighborhood The cottage is located smack in the middle of old town Albufeira, very close to the beach and just around the corner from lots of restaurants, shops, and bars, and therefore a popular tourist destination. As the cottage is located at the end of a dead end residential street, you are in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, but still in a quiet and calm place. \## Transit You can easily get around on foot or use public transport or taxi/uber to travel around town. If you wish to explore the larger Algarve area, a hire car is recommended. Parking in old town Albufeira is challenging, therefore we recommend you to use one of the parking areas on the outskirts of the city and walk or take a taxi from there. \## Notes ➤ Check-in time: 16:00-22:00 (late arrival possible in consultation) ➤ Check-out time: before 10am ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF).
