  • Villa Pérola is an impressive and spacious dwelling, ideal for families and groups seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Montechoro. The living and dining room is large, welcoming and perfect for moments of togetherness.



    On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all en suite with shower, including a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with five single beds and a bedroom with two single beds. This floor also has a service bathroom.



    On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one of them en suite with a shower. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower that serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor.



    The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing all the conditions to prepare meals with ease during your stay.



    On the outside, the well-maintained garden surrounds the heated swimming pool (additional cost) and the dining area next to the barbecue, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy the Algarve climate.



    Pearl Villa is located in Montechoro, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and various amenities, allowing for practical and well-spent holidays.



    The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

    If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



    This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



    Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



    Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



    Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



    Please note that the occupancy of this property is 15 guests.

    From the 16th to the 19th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. There was plenty of space for everyone and the layout worked really well. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area and the barbecue for family dinners. The location made it easy to get around Montechoro and Albufeira.

We really enjoyed our time at the villa. It is well equipped, clean and has everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The bedrooms are spacious and the en-suite bathrooms are very practical for larger groups. The pool area was definitely a highlight for us.

Spacious villa perfect for large groups

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Pérola. The villa is very spacious and ideal for a big group, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which made everything very comfortable. The pool area was great for relaxing and the outdoor dining space with barbecue was perfect for evenings together. The location is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to the beach.

Villa Perola Review

Everything was more or less perfect, from the bag drop when we landed to the moment we left. We were provided with our own representative who made us feel welcome when we checked in and also made sure everything was okay throughout the week, she also was on hand whenever we needed her if there was a problem which was amazing. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the house was amazing, the pool was cleaned whilst we were there which was great. I would highly recommend this house for a big group of people and would definitely go back. The only possible thing to think about would be providing extra necessities such as hand soap, washing up liquid and toilet.

Deceptive photos

Our stay was fine, however the photos on the website were seriously deceptive. The villa is overlooked by a huge block of flats - meaning you have no privacy. This is not shown in any of the photos. The villa was also not very clean when we arrived, with an ant problem in some of the bedrooms downstairs - one of the nights we also had cockroaches. One of the bedrooms downstairs was also missing a door on the en-suite - making it difficult for people to share. We were also forced to hang around during our trip so that the property manager could come by and check on us (we were told this was compulsory and had to make ourselves available) - something that when you’re only there for 4 days isn’t very convenient. A smaller comment would be also the lack of mirrors. As this was a hen party, this was inconvenient but not a huge issue in the grande scheme of things. We also didn’t have any water for the final evening.
