With a spacious area of 300 m², this property combines elegance with functionality, providing stunning views of the garden and private pool. Strategically located, just 2 metres from the stunning sandy beach "Praia de Sta. Eulália", and surrounded by conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants and the vibrant "Albufeira Strip", it becomes ideal for both relaxing and exploring. Rooms: This villa has five meticulously decorated rooms. The main suite is a refuge of tranquillity, with a double bed and a luxurious private bathroom. There are three more rooms with double beds and a fifth room with two single beds, all equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort. Common Areas: The living room is spacious and inviting, with a modern decor that extends to the adjacent dining area.
