Apartment Ipanema 1 is a cozy and beautifully decorated property located in the prestigious Quinta Pedra dos Bicos complex in Albufeira. Its prime location allows guests to enjoy a peaceful holiday with everything needed within walking distance. The bright and spacious living and dining area offers a comfortable and modern atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or spending quality time with family. From here, guests can access furnished balconies, perfect for enjoying the Algarve sun or dining outdoors. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with three single beds. There are also two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and another with a separate shower and bathtub, providing maximum comfort during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to easily prepare meals at home. Outside, guests have access to a large communal swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Algarve’s pleasant climate. With an exceptional location in Santa Eulália, Apartment Ipanema 1/3 is just a short walk from the beach, the famous Strip of Albufeira, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, making it the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. The place is very spacious, ideal for families or groups, and the layout made our stay very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and the beds were great for a good night's . Having two full bathrooms was especially useful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the balconies were a lovely bonus, perfect for breakfast or a relaxing drink in the afternoon sun. The swimming pool area is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by well-kept gardens. The location is also spot on, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. It’s a well-furnished and clean apartment with lots of natural light. The living and dining area is cozy and welcoming, and the multiple balconies make it easy to enjoy the outdoors without even leaving the apartment. We especially appreciated the kitchen being so well-equipped, and the whole space felt very homely. The pool in the complex was a highlight for us, calm and well maintained. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, and even Oura Street. It was great to have everything within walking distance while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. A small problem with access to the swimming pool was solved professionally. It is a spacious and clean apartment. Location 5 minutes walk from the beach. Safe environment. A swimming pool across the street and 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Strip. But fortunately no noise pollution. Supermarket and restaurants within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. This apartment is highly recommended.
