Villa Lila enjoys an elevated position with beautiful panoramic views, and especially stunning sunsets across the ocean, directly in front of the villa, and is only 10 minutes drive to a selection of the finest beaches in the Algarve, including Sao Rafael, which was voted one of the best beaches in Europe, Praia da Coelha, Praia do Castelo, Evaristo, Sao Lourenco and Gale. All have their own beach bar/restaurants
DESCRIPTION:
Ground floor : WC / Cloakroom, Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with sea views, with breakfast bar, with ceramic hob, built in fridge/freezer, oven , microwave and dishwasher. Kettle, toaster. Drinks fridge. Iron & ironing board.
Dining area with table and chairs
Lounge, with TV MEO provider (see list of channels from standard pack - https://en.meo.pt/tv/channels-programming/channels-list/fibre?pacote=Pack+Standard), 4 sets of patio doors giving the lounge maximum wonderful views.
Heatable, overflow infinity Pool (10m x 5m - 0.80m / 3.00 ) surrounded by terraces , with sun-loungers, a Hot tub, shower, brick built BBQ. ( The pool heating is an optional extra ). There is a large covered terrace in two sections , a dining terrace, and a sitting terrace with rattan furniture, which also has two glass sliding curtains for windy days.
Up 3 steps to : Twin bedroom , air conditioned , with patio doors, and en-suite shower room, with bidet, toilet and handbasin. Double bedroom (1.40m x 1.95m) air conditioned , with patio doors, and en-suite shower room, with bidet, toilet and handbasin.
Up 6 steps to : Office desk on landing, Double bedroom (1.40m x 1.95m) (air conditioned ) with patio doors and en-suite shower room with bidet, toilet and handbasin.
Up 12 steps to : Master suite comprising of : Double bedroom (1.50m x 1.95m) air conditioned, with large patio doors to a balcony, offering amazing views. Dressing area, full bathroom with a bath, and a shower.
At driveway level : With its own entrance door is an extremely spacious self contained studio apartment with king size bed (1.60m x 1.95m) Pair of sofas, dining table, flat screen sat TV, Fully fitted open plan kitchenette, with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. Shower room, with walk in shower, bidet, toilet and bidet.
Basement room with table tennis table – Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
All windows have electric shutters, and the property is totally enclosed with walls and gates, offering complete privacy.

Sejour parfait dans une villa magnifique !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans cette villa pour l'anniversaire de notre mère. La villa est superbe, exactement comme sur les photos, avec des chambres spacieuses et très confortables, un grand salon, une piscine parfaite que nous avons chauffé, un jacuzzi très agréable avec une vue à couper le souffle, et un barbecue idéal pour les soirées en famille. La villa est très bien équipée avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Très facilement accessible en voiture, avec tous les commerces à proximité (Aldi à 3mns et Lidl à 8mns). Bref nous recommandons à 100% cette location et remercions encore Karine et Florence pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nothing !

A nice clean modern property that is well maintained

The villa we chose for our family holiday this year lived up to our expectation. It was modern spacious with a lovely pool, large outside area with plenty of comfortable seating to allow us to enjoy the breathtaking views. Other amenities included a table tennis table and hot tub. We had use of the washing machine and tumble dryer downstairs and the owners even provided Netflix on the TV. The property is only 10 minutes from Albufeira but there are lots of really nice restaurants nearby which we knew about from the list provided and also with our conversation with Tony the maintenance guy. The villa had a cleaner who cleaned it every few days and changed the towels for us. The villa is also close to Salgados golf course which we availed of twice. We also went to Vilamoura about 30 minutes away and played Pinhal. The girls also managed some shopping at Algarve shopping in Ghia about 10 minutes away. I can certainly recommend this villa if you are considering staying in the Albufeira area. You will need a car but this gives you the freedom to explore the area and make the most of your vacation.

Lækker bolig til rimelig pris.

Skøn bolig i dejlige omgivelser. Vi bestilte opvarmning af pool og det var et godt valg. Selvom det var i oktober nød vi at kunne anvende poolen og spabadet som ligeledes stod klar da vi kom. Alt fungerede perfekt også sen afhentning af nøgle og aflevering i postkassen på vej hjem. Kunne dog godt have ønsket en præcis adresse og ikke kun en kørselsvejledning. Vi havde en adresse men den kunne google maps ikke finde og brugte man linket på homeaways side viste den ikke boligens egentlige placering. Men helt klart en bolig der er anbefalelsesværdig og dejligt at det var i gåafstand fra indkøb og restaurant og kort til seværdigheder.

Beautiful view, clean and plenty of space

Perfect for our family vacation. Enough space for everyone for the days we stayed in and centrally located if we opted to venture out. Everyone loved the pool, even on days when it was windy.

stunning villa with views to die for

we booked Villa lila late so it was all a bit rushed, Florence couldn't have been more helpful and collecting the keys wasn't an issue at all even though it was out of office hours. The Villa is absolutely first class. This is the first time we had been to the Gale area and we weren't disappointed, whilst it is a little spread out there are some fantastic restaurants, Jompra is fantastic and would highly recommend at least one visit there. I would say that you would need a car really unless you are just planning on lazing around the pool. With regard to the pool, it is very deep, 3 meters so those with non swimming children may want to bear that in mind.

+'s: All you need for a great family holiday. Would deffo recommend it. We had 3 generations there, so ticked all the boxes. heads up: I think a car is fairly essential , bearing in mind the distance from Gale beach or Albufeira. We had the opportunity to have a heated & non-heated pool - as it needed to be heated for the next family. Not sure it's worth it heated. Main issue with the pool is the temperature outside the pool. Being on the side of a hill, the wind can get up & compound any low temperatures. Having said that, it didn't affect us. Happy holidaying. Alan

Grand design! Absolutely fantastic villa with excellent views 5 star

Great value for money! The villa benefits from fanominal views over the Algarve with sea views. I spent 1 week with my family in villa Lila and throughly enjoyed every minute, the villa has everything you require to enjoy a great holiday. The villa is set in a great location for family and friends who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday. Hire car recommended if you want to get out and about. 5 star villa!! Can't wait to return later on in the year. Great place, lovely people.
