Monte da Calma is a peaceful vacation rental property consisting of a main house and an outbuilding, located in Cerro de Ouro, just 3.7 km from the center of Paderne and 9 km from Albufeira. It offers a private, fenced natural state property spanning 1,200 square meters, complete with a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm), a yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the natural surroundings of this property, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (available year-round), an outdoor shower, and a table tennis setup for some leisure fun. The property also features a billiard table indoors and a roof terrace, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.

Access to the property is via a 600-meter long narrow motor access road. Nearby conveniences include a shop within 1.5 km, a supermarket at 9 km, a restaurant at 1.8 km, and a bakery just 600 meters away. One room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and an electric heater. Another room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and an electric heater. Additionally, there are two rooms, each with two beds (100 cm, length 200 cm) and electric heaters. The kitchen/living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and access to the terrace. The property has two bathrooms/WCs, a shower/WC, and a separate WC. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms.

The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include a terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs for up to 8 people.
