Located on the first floor, with elevator, this apartment consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with comfortable sofas and balconies with views of the pine trees. It stands out for the balance of price quality, an economical option with excellent location and good comfort levels, provided by the apartment's quality and its insertion zone. The living room equipped with air conditioning has two separate living and dining areas, the dining room is next to the kitchen and has a 6-seater dining table with 6 chairs, while the living room connects to the balcony. Television equipped with Google Chromecast to be able to watch Netflix, HBO, YouTube and Spotify if you have an account. The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with Bosh appliances, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine with gas stove and oven, ensuring the quality of cooking of your meals. The rooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds, both with generously sized and arranged built-in wardrobes. Contains 2 bathrooms, one with a shower base supporting the living room and one of the bedrooms, and another private one with a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet inserted in the suite room. With capacity for 4 adults and 2 children. For babies, we have available, upon request, travel cot and high chair. We inform that the travel cot does not include sheets. The balcony offers a fantastic view with outdoor furniture, table and chairs to enjoy a good morning breakfast outdoors or a meal prepared on the existing barbecue. The swimming pool has a snack bar for support. The sunbeds belong to the condominium and are not marked. The gardens and pools of the development are the most crowded areas, the main pool in the central area of the development is a great complement after the beach. The lawn garden with sun loungers, good sun exposure for sunbathing and for children's games and running around. This enterprise offers great comfort and hospitality and is strategically located to enjoy the many pleasures of the Algarve region. Falésia Beach is located just 10 to 15 minutes by car from Vilamoura and Albufeira and 30 minutes from Faro airport. On the other side of the complex's street, you will find a charming square that has restaurants with free Wi-Fi, bars, shops and a supermarket. The area is ideal for families and couples who prefer to be close to all amenities and a short walk from Falésia Beach, midway along the Algarve coast between Vilamoura and Albufeira. A striking feature is the red earth cliff, which offers a magnificent view over the sea. This apartment has free Wi-Fi, available. We further inform that there is a block under construction in the development, in the finishing phase. The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each of the guests. TOURIST TAX ALBUFEIRA - We inform you that the tourist tax must be paid and proof presented at check-in. Payment information will be sent after reservation confirmation. The Tourist Tax is applicable to people over 12 years old, and costs 2.00€ per person/day up to a maximum of 7 days of stay.
