There is a spacious, open dining/living area with a fully equipped kitchenette including oven, hot plates and dishwasher. In this area there is an air conditioner, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Full laundry facilities are included and a cot and a high chair are also available. Linen is provided and there are electric blankets for the queen sized beds. A fully fenced patio has a garden setting and BBQ. As we brought along our boat there were a couple of pluses straight away. Close to fishing ramp, and storage basically next door. The house was in the Golf Course Estate which was safe and very quite. Nothing was more than 10 mins away although it felt miles away because of the peaceful surrounds. It is the best equipped home we've been in. We wanted for nothing. Our host was extremely approachable and made sure we were comfortable in every respect. Although only the 2 of us, there was plenty of room for a large family. We have this home on file for future Albany visits, that's how happy we were. Thank you, Vincent and Stayz ##### Suzanne R.
