Complex of 3 bedroom villas each with its own private swimming pool, completely refurbished in 2024, perfect for a holiday with family or friends. Equipped with air conditioning throughout the house, private garden and a refreshing swimming pool just for you, it is the ideal place to relax after a day of sun and sea.  
Villas are allocated according to availability on the day of arrival.  
Newly refurbished in 2024  
  
Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set with a maximum of €70  
  
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.  
  
Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 Km). Therefore, it is not surprising that along it has been developed one of the best tourist areas of the island. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving center, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.  
Just 7 kilometers from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay
