This comfortable home boasts two air-conditioned bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and an open-plan living area that extends to a verandah with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Perfectly situated near the Tavern, shops, and the beach, it's an excellent choice for families and those with pets as the yard is fully fenced. The Space: Large TV in living room, Bathroom and Laundry combined. Fisherman's cleaning sink out the back. Plenty of room for cars and boats. Easiest walk to the Tavern, beach and shops. Please note: no pets on furniture or bedding. Guest Access: The whole place is for your private use Interaction with Guests: For any issues upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. If the BBQ gas runs out, please contact us during business hours for a replacement. Alternatively, you can exchange the gas bottle at the service station and provide the receipt for reimbursement.
