The property is situated in the Waterfront estate just 650m stroll onto the beach, 2km to Agnes Water precinct and 4km to 1770 waterfront, Marina & boat ramp. The house was beautifully presented and worked really well for our family of 6\. Great kitchen with huge pantry, the pool/outside area was awesome, 2 tv areas (one for adults, one for kids) and we really appreciated the ducted air conditioning throughout the house on those hot days. It was a short walk to the beach, and only took 15 minutes to walk down to the patrolled beach. There is a bike path to ride either into Agnes or 1770\. The place was clean and had all amenities and close to town/shops/beach. My only small comment and not a criticism is that the back garden vegetation was overgrown and really needed a tidy - but not something which impacted our 3 weeks there.
