Kitchen Essentials
Refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, utensils, servingware, glasses, and basic cooking tools.

Starter Supplies
We provide starter quantities of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, guests should plan to replenish as needed.

Family-Friendly (Available Upon Request)
Pack ’n Play / travel crib, high chair, toddler bathtub, toddler toys, baby cams, stroller, car seat, etc. all available upon request.

• Sufficient parking for multiple vehicles upon arrival
• Parking area is shared with other on-site units
• Additional parking is available near the garage and/or farther down the driveway

• Power outages are rare, but the property is equipped with a backup generator to maintain essential power during weather-related outages
• Landscaping and trash service may occur during your stay to keep the property in excellent condition
• Vendors are instructed to be mindful of quiet hours and minimize guest disruption

Rockwell Ridge is not a dense neighborhood or gated community, but guests are expected to respect the peaceful nature of the area:

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 10 AM
• Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum during these hours
• Voices, music, and fire pit gatherings should be respectful of nearby homes and other guests on the property

Noise Guidelines

• Outdoor music must remain low volume at all times
• No amplified outdoor sound after 10 PM
• Small personal Bluetooth speakers are permitted if they do not disturb others

Events & Gatherings

• Events and parties require prior approval
• Larger gatherings are only permitted when coordinated in advance to ensure compliance with local expectations and to avoid impacting other guests on the estate

• Parking is located in a shared gravel lot near the Inn
