"The staff was amazing ,they advised us to go to Nouba restaurant which was marvelous ( highly recommended) Friendly staff in the bar , also reception. Swimming pool is good. Don’t spend too much time in Casablanca ( two days not more ) More activities can be found in Marrakesh. We are from Norway , USA and Iraq. Black cat used to be with us in the bar her name is Mimi, I wanted to invite her for a meal, I have been told she has been living in the hotel for 5 years and she likes to eat Italian food. Nic e hotel, we enjoyed our stay."

"Great 5 night stay. Don’t read bad reviews. Only one moan, one member of staff (usually around pool bar) was really miserable. You’d think he’s not suited to the hospitality sector. Young lad around pool, he was excellent, so helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was decent, just wish they’d try and keep flies off pastries. It’s a fantastic area. A decent walk to supermarket though, that is what it is though. Cleaners brilliant too."

"Couldn’t find more helpful staff if I tried and so friendly. Beautiful building and amazing swimming pools. Food was amazing including breakfast. Resident kitties were an added bonus. Be careful when you’re out and about because the mopeds etc are a menace. Can’t fault the hotel though, stunning."

"The location was ideal for wandering through Stone Town. The staff were friendly. The view from open patio dining area on the roof top was amazing. You must take advantage of wandering the many alley ways and shops. Lots to see in the area."

"5 stars all round for this hotel. Good breakfast and spacious clean rooms. Location was perfect, in the nicer area of Marrakech and within walking distance to the main areas. Service was impeccable and staff go out of their way to help make the stay comfortable. I informed hotel about a birthday, They set up the room with flowers and treats to make the day special! Thank you to guest relations manager for making it extra memorable. Will deffo book at this hotel when visiting Marrakech again!"
