Adelaide Central Market, Chinatown and a wide range of cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance, with daily amenities close at hand. Nearby tram services within the free city zone and multiple bus routes provide easy access to Rundle Mall and North Terrace. Most attractions can also be reached comfortably on foot. The Space: This compact unit features a comfortable queen-size bed and accommodates up to two guests, making it ideal for couples or short business stays. The layout is efficiently arranged with clearly defined sleeping, dining and bathroom areas, offering privacy and practical comfort within a modest footprint. A small work desk is also provided, suitable for light work or study during your stay. While there is no separate kitchen, the unit includes essential amenities such as a microwave, small fridge, toaster and electric kettle, suitable for light meals and simple breakfasts. Thoughtfully designed for convenience, this space provides a practical base in the heart of Adelaide. Wi-Fi is currently unavailable. Guest Access: Guest can have the entire apartment. Paid Laundry facility is located upstairs. Washing machine - $5 per load Dryer- $5 per load The fee might be changed without notice. When I got there, I couldn't turn the dial on the lock box when I wiggled the box, I discover it is already open and there was no key inside! All alarm rung inside me. I was not given a phone number on who to contact. So was the room already occupied? I emailed and I was told to wait, a colleague will come with the key. Who is this colleague? Ring me, talk to me! Omg, I did not feel safe at all so I run with my bags at 9 at night after a 3hour drive straight after work! The photo of the Lockbox did not look the same as what's in the property! ##### Terri G.
