Disliked: Cleanliness
The location was convenient. However, the room was really small and no wardrobe to hang clothes. We had the room upstairs and there was no lift. When we entered the room, the window was open so insects including a spider found in the room. The bed sheet had stains. Reception desk was not attended most of the time but they were contactable.

The room was quite small and I was surprised to find no window in the room, making it somewhat claustrophic. Room noises were minimal with the exception of late night plumbing. Overall it was clean and tidy but may have made other choice based on these

Before arrival staff were friendly and helpful sending messages due to our late arrival. Room was nice and clean, we stayed 3 days our room wasn't service at all, but we didn't ask. I found the bed hard but hubby liked it. Great location, nice and quiet, parking available and close to many cafe's.

I was in room 7 for 3 wonderful nights. It was cozy and 10 steps away from Main Syreet Hahndorf. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Also the Berry jam shop is not too far away by car. I rated the amenities as a 4 instead of 5 as the shower curtain did nothing to stop water from soaking the carpet. I'd suggest a glass screen door replace the shower curtain to protect the carpet. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful with information. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The motel is ideally placed in the centre of the main street of Hahndorf which is most attractive with it's boutique shops and cafes. I would definitely stay there again.
