It is close enough for a day trip down the Fleurieu Peninsula, to the McLaren Vale Wineries & restaurants or Goolwa via Port Elliot or Victorj Harbor. Even Kangaroo Island isn’t far away. Aldinga Central is approximately a 10 minute drive away, and you will find Coles and Woolworth, and numerous speciality shops and cafes.   
Aldi is now open on the Main South Road. The Victory Hotel is a few minutes drive as well.

#### Home away from home 

Dora and Mario’s house was a superb choice for our family 80th holiday celebration. It is so well stocked, you honestly feel like you are at home. We needed for nothing. The hosts have thought of everything and have spare and extra in every cupboard. Our hosts were extraordinarily kind and generous and accommodating for our specific requests. The house is an easy 500m walk to the beach and with kitchen and living spaces both up and downstairs allowed time together and separate spaces. We would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying here. It is a gem.

All 9 of us in our family stayed in this house for our family Easter getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was spotless, everything in it you need and Dora the host was lovely. Great house and spot to spend a few days together. Thank you!

#### Beautiful house and the location

It’s a well maintained house with ample space and outdoor facilities. Nice beach nearby but, no disturbances or congestion. Friendly owner in Dora and easy handling. Not to mention the lots of fruit trees freely available for us! Greatly enjoyed the stay by all of us!

#### Our summer trip away at the beach

We didn’t have the best beach weather for our 5 day stay, until the very last day. But lucky the house had everything & more for us to have days in. The owner gave us a little tour, it had a highchair, portable cot, kids toys, Netflix & also a dryer which was so handy with small kids. The house is nice & big for kids to run around & play. Would love to rebook again for next summer & hope we get some better weather.

#### Don't stay anywhere else!

This listing provides the perfect get away for any group who need that extra space during a relaxing vacation. The owners of the property are friendly and responsive to all enquiries and messages. They are fantastic to communicate with and work with. I cannot fault anything over my stay, and I am beyond impressed with the proximity to the silky Sellicks Beach. To summarise, if you're thinking about it, then do it!

#### Extended family getaway for 8

Dora was a pleasure to liaise with answering queries promptly and satisfactorily. This house felt like a home with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable including ample linen, kitchen supplies, kids toys and so many cups and crockery! With 3 living areas and 2 kitchens, there was plenty of space for the 2.5 couples, 1 grandparent and 2 grandkids to play, hang out or get some quiet time. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. My only negative is the blinds didn’t offer much shade so our little ones struggled with sleep at times but that won’t stop us from staying again (we’ll be bringing our blackout blinds next time!) Definitely recommend this place though and it’s an easy stroll to the beach and beautiful breeze and views from the balcony. Lots to love. Thank you Dora!
