A second living area, created from part of the garage, offers a cosy TV retreat — perfect for quiet evenings, kids’ downtime, or a separate relaxation space. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with quality appliances, generous bench space, and a Nespresso machine for easy mornings. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for casual meals or gather at the dining table for longer shared dinners. Step out to the covered patio, where an outdoor lounge, seating, and a gas BBQ make alfresco dining effortless.
