This Ultra-Luxe residence, only built in 2023 and in a fantastic Beach front location. Port Noarlunga is a picturesque seaside village located approximately 30 kilometers south of Adelaide and perfect for swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, and fishing. The red sandstone beach cliffs, long jetty, and reef make it one of the iconic diving destinations in the state.  
The off-shore Port Noarlunga Reef and aquatic reserve form part of the Encounter Marine Park - a diver's and snorkeler's paradise and also viewable from the end of the jetty. The reef is home to more than 200 species of marine plants. The safe swimming beach is patrolled by the Port Noarlunga Surf Lifesaving Club over the warmer months and also forms part of the Mid Coast regional surfing reserve - Australia's first!  
Split over two levels, this residence will accommodate up to 8 guests, one couple upstairs in the main bedroom and another two couple's downstairs with a choice of two double rooms, each featuring queen beds. The fourth bedroom downstairs contains 2 single beds.  
Occupying the majority of the upstairs level, the large, open-plan kitchen, living, and lounge room look out onto the most wonderful, uninterrupted ocean views. With a full-length balcony also taking in the sea vistas, youll be forgiven for never wanting to return home. Just imagine watching the sun set below the horizon in the distance, families on the jetty enjoying themselves with a spot of fishing, snorkelers exploring the reef, and sunbathers on the pure white sands. It's unforgettable. A couple of nice local wines or a local craft beer or two. These are what family holidays are all about. Memories.  
Perhaps the kids would like to run around the lawned area out the back? The fenced yards will allow them to burn off a bit of excess energy. Theres also a BBQ on the balcony for you to cook up some local fare, thats if you dont choose to travel the short distance into the village of Port Noarlunga where youll be greeted by an array of restaurants and cafes to suit all budgets and tastes.  
Just the two of you? No problem. Youre sure to love it. So comfortable. So relaxing. Youll never want to leave. And youll still have the entire home to yourself, and youll be able to dine out every night in a different restaurant.  
For easy meal prep, a fully equipped kitchen is ready to go, with premium appliances, dishwasher, and microwave, plus tea and coffee making facilities and no shortage of crockery, glassware, bowls, and those all-important serving platters for putting together your own local tasting plate. Plus, youll find a barbecue on the upper deck if you prefer to cook with a view.  
With all your bed linen, pillows, toiletries, and towels provided, nothing has been overlooked - all you have to do is arrive. Fully air-conditioned for climatic comfort, offering a washing machine and dryer for convenience, free Wi-Fi throughout, TV in the family room as well as in the downstairs lounge room. With undercover (secure) off-street parking, its equally perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a week-long escape. This home truly is the ultimate in coastal living, ready and waiting to make your next beachside holiday one to remember.  
Unfortunately, we dont allow pets, and there is strictly no smoking permitted inside the home, or on the deck or balcony areas.  
With the beach directly across the road, pop down for a morning swim, snorkel, or surf the waves. Not just a summer destination, the vast network of southern Fleurieu beaches offer an array of coastal walks and trails, equally enjoyable while the sun is shining or rugged up in winter, hot coffee in hand.
