Perfectly located for all the events and festivals in Adelaide, attending the footy or as a base to explore all that Adelaide and South Australia has to offer. THE APARTMENT •Light filled open plan living/dining and kitchen. •Lounge has a comfy sofa and a smart TV. •Kitchen has all the essentials including Nespresso, microwave, stove and oven. •Dining table and chairs great cor dining and ideal as a workstation. •Large balcony with table and chairs. •Bedroom has a Queen bed with built in robe. •Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. •Separate European laundry. •Split system air conditioning for heating/cooling with separate units for living/dining area and the bedroom. NEARBY There are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, with a few literally around the corner! Supermarket, laundry and pharmacy are all a short walk away.
