Wonderful luxury furnished house, located in Costa Adeje in the South of Tenerife in a privileged place, very quiet at the same time very close to beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, 300 meters from the Great Siam Park Water Park and the Siam Mall .
The average temperature of the area is 25th year-round, sensational winters and mild summers due to the sea breeze.
The house consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms
1st bedroom. A large bed for two people with their bathroom and safe
2nd Bedroom 2 large single beds
3rd bedroom a bed for two people ..
Three bathrooms one included the first bedroom.
Dining room with a table for 8 people with everything you need to enjoy luxury dinners, two comfortable sofas, large TV with many channels in all languages
Free Wifi throughout the house, private pool, individual air conditioning, in each of the rooms of the house
The kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great holiday, toaster, water heater to prepare a delicious tea, electric juicer for juices, Nesspreso coffee maker, microwave and many more things.
We have very close restaurants and wonderful beaches, such as the Duke and that of the Christians that can be seen in the photos of the property announcement.
Two wonderful terraces for lunch or dinner enjoying spectacular views of the island of La Gomera while preparing a delicious meal at the Weber barbecue. Another summer terrace
to eat hot days and enjoying the views of Teide.
Parking inside the property for two cars.
Our guests are always personally received by Jeny and Elena with a welcome pack, they hand over the keys in their hand and explain the operation of all things in the house.
On the day of departure we adapt to the schedule of the flights of the clients, being able to leave the villa at the time that suits them, without any additional cost, this provided that the house is not reserved that same day.
A small laundry with washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
If you request it, we provide a cot and high chair for your baby, at no additional cost

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The open, well-furnished living space (both inside and out) made for a very comfortable environment, and the balcony views are truly amazing.Highlights:• Location: Perfect for visiting Siam Park and an easy drive to the nearby beaches. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood.• Kitchen: Exceptionally well-stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, and glasses, along with a juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.• Amenities: We loved the plunge pool, and having pool towels provided was a very helpful addition.

Pretty mutch perfect

When we arrived and got a warm welcome, we some wine and beer, got a quick tour of the place. An form the placement kf the place i perfect with escooters its 7 min to both big citys. The pool is a nice temprature and got cleaned even during our stay.

Excellent location near beaches, Siam Mall, and highway. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, dishes, towels, hair dryers, etc. Easy check in. House manager met us to explain how everything worked and even had some groceries and water in the fridge, which was very nice. There is construction going on in the neighborhood , so it was a bit noisy and dusty. House could use a bit of TCL but everything worked. Lovely visit. Outdoor space is fabulous, view exactly as pictured.

Really well-equipped and spacious apartment

We had a great time at this bright, spacious and very well equipped apartment. Our host was exceptionally responsive and when we had some issues connecting with the Wi-Fi, she was on it immediately (clue: password is the one on the handwritten label, not the password printed on the router 😁). The motorway is visible and audible from the terrace, but after a few minutes, you factor it in and stop noticing it. The apartment is in a great location for Siam Park and Siam Mall (which has a really excellent supermarket). It's up on a hill so feels nicely out of the hustle and bustle of town, too. It was fab having two large terraces to choose from - one shaded, private and surrounded by pretty foliage (perfect for the afternoon heat), the other huge, sunny and perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset with a drink. We were four adults and there was space for all of us to relax without getting in each other's way. It was an easy walk into town (about 15-20 mins), and a taxi back up cost about 6 Euros. The walk gets very steep from Siam Mall to the house, so we got a taxi most days! It's best to hire a car if you want to see more of the island and take advantage of the fantastic hiking opportunities. There was building work going on nearby, so we tried to escape the day time noise by getting out (it was usually over by 4pm). The apartment has a secure car port accessed with a remote control on the keys, which made parking so much easier. All in all - a fab place!

Beautiful place in great location

The view may have been even better than the pictures. Check in was smooth, the hosts met us there with a very warm welcome. They even purchased a humidifier for the flat when our baby had a cough. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb!

We had a mesmerizing experience at this gorgeous villa overlooking beautifull city and coast of Adeje. From start to finish it was extremely pleasant. Hosts were polite and understanding, helped us with everything we trew at then. The villa was equipped very well, it had everything - from hadheld blenders, broilers, ricecoockers, to hardryers, dish/clothes washer, and even 24/7 heated pool with a preplanned poolboy. More than we could ask. Next time coming for longer!

The worst accomodation ever!

That's the first time I give a bad opinion about accomodation. When we came the apartment was really dirty and we had to clean it (e.g.in the kitchen on the walls the rests of food were stuck), dirty toliet (really disguisting). What's the worst many things were out of use and we spend one week of our holidays cooperating with the maintenance people: -The bidet flooded the bathroom floor when used. -Water from the swimming pool was leaking through filtration system. -One toilet was clogged. -Mould in both showers (we were cleaning it on our own). -In another bathroom we had to repair toilet cistern at night. -Bathromm door not locking. -Chopping board in pieces. When we asked owner for some refund for the time when everything was under repair she tried to intimidate us. Accoring to the information on vrbo we booked "wonderful villa" and what did we receive? Dirty, destroyed apartment NOT villa. Villa is a detached building and here there was one flat over us and one below us. If someone wants to see I have photos and videos confirming what I wrote here.

Stayed at property for just under two weeks with wife, two small children and paternal grandparents. I highly recommend property, there is plenty of space and it is kept clean and tidy and everything is in very good condition. My only suggestion would be to renew outdoor ratan furniture and including additional bin in living area. Excellent holiday home and I would definitely return in any future trip to Tenerife.

Schöner 3 Generationen Familienurlaub

Auch wird wurden sehr herzlich von Jeny empfangen. Der Kühlschrank, das Trinken und der Obstkorb waren reichlich gefüllt; perfekt wenn man abends nach der Anreise müde in der Ferienwohnung ankommt. Die Wohnung ist optimal geschnitten für einen Urlaub mit Oma und Opa, da ein Schlafzimmer inkl Badezimmer etwas abgetrennt ist vom restlichen Wohnbereich. So haben Oma und Opa nachts nur wenig von unseren 2 kleinen Kindern mitbekommen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt; uns wurden außerdem 2 kinderreisebetten und 2 Kinderhochstühle bereitgestellt. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt; stattdessen mit Hilfe der Sonnenliegen von den Kindern abgeschirmt; hat prima geklappt. Die Lage ist ok. Zwar ist die Aussicht zum Meer wunderschön; allerdings befindet sich zwischen Meer und Wohnung die Autobahn. Der Lärmpegel Straße ist nicht sooo hoch, dass man sich beim draußen sitzen extrem daran stör; aber man darf nicht davon ausgehen, dass man beim Frühstück / Abendessen auf der Terrasse absolute Ruhe hat; Alles in Allem war es für uns ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wenn wir neben der Straße etwas zu bemängeln hätten, dann wären es die schweren, in die Jahre gekommenen Stoff-Vorhänge. Diese würde ich entweder komplett weglassen oder durch etwas weniger staubiges ersetzen. Unterm Strich absolut zu empfehlen.
