The studio enjoys air conditioning, satellite TV with English and international channels and a sunny terrace. The Space: The apartment is located in the popular and well-maintained aparthotel called Santa Maria, offering a wide range of facilities and a central location. It is situated in the Torviscas area of Playa De Las Americas, just 250m from the beach and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. Guests staying at the complex can enjoy the large freshwater free-form swimming pool, complete with a separate children's section, along with ample sunbathing terraces. This studio apartment, located on the ground floor, provides beautiful ocean views from the sunny terrace and overlooks the pool area as well. Inside the apartment, you will find a sleeping area with two comfortable single beds, as well as a sofa bed (suitable for 2 small children or one older child), a soft chair, and a flat-screen TV offering a selection of English and international satellite channels in the living area. There is also a dining area, and the kitchenette is equipped with convenient amenities such as a washing machine, a 4-ring hob, a microwave, a fridge, and a kettle, along with all the necessary kitchen utensils. Bedding didnt get changed however, after another night, sent someone around to see what the issues was. Confinred bed bugs. Moved us to a near by property which was spotless. Stayed at Santa Naria over 20 times and this was the first issue we have ever encountered. Excellent loaction and hotel just a shame about the bed bugs. ##### Sophie B.
