Comfortable house on two floors is in a very quiet area with a large community pool and a small children's pool. Sunbeds are of course free of charge. This is located within walking distance of the new sandy beach, Playa del Ajabo, in Callao Salvaje. The holiday home is spread over 2 floors, bright and comfortable. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room, a toilet and a comfortable living and dining room with pool view. On the ground floor is the main bedroom with a comfortable double bed as a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a sofa bed for 1 extra person and a complete bath. Highlight is an additional roof terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue, dining area and 2 sun bed. This area is particularly recommended, as you can enjoy from there a wonderful view of the Atlantic and the island of La Gomera. There will certainly be many pleasant sunshine hours and relax. Also, guests have a parking in the common garage. The residential complex is in a very quiet location and is suitable for long walks. This is also suitable for families with children, since the pool area is childproof secluded and there is a large public children's playground within walking distance of the complex. Restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.



Groups of young people under 20 years are not permitted.
