Le papier de toilette était tellement installé loin de la toilette que nous devions nous étirer pour le prendre, et mes enfants devaient se lever! »

« We made a reservation made for 4 guests for a room with full kitchen. On arrival we had to make numerous trips to the front office to get stuff that was missing in the room. No one will get this to your room, You have to fetch the missing stuff by yourself. We had only dishes for 2, sheets and pillows for 2, no toaster. We were told that the hotel was out of forks and pillows and that we had to wait til monday to address the situation with management. We checked in on a Saturday so we went out...
